6media.tv Terms and Conditions

✅ 1. Consent to Film

• By submitting the consent form, you agree that 6Media.tv may film, photograph, and publish footage of the athlete at any event where 6Media.tv is present and filming.

  This includes but is not limited to:
  – Premier League games
  – National tournaments
  – Training sessions
  – Showcases
  – Community games
  – Public appearances

  Footage may be used in highlight reels, social content, paid upgrades, promotional material, or future marketing.

✅ 2. Film Pass Purchase

• A Film Pass grants priority filming and access to exclusive content captured by 6Media.tv.

  Each Film Pass includes:
  – Jersey-tagged filming priority
  – Highlight reel (3–5 best moments)
  – 4K color-graded clips
  – Private delivery folder
  – 7-day turnaround promise

  Pass is valid per athlete per game. Not transferable.

✅ 3. Add-On Packages (Bumps)

• Add-on upgrades include:
  • Instagram Story Bump – Short vertical clip, optimized for socials
  • Cinematic Game Edit – One full game transformed into a premium cinematic reel
  • Tournament Package – Up to 3 games edited into a story-driven memory reel
  • Featured Spot Add-On – Optional inclusion in recap-style reels (if offered)

  Note: Purchase of a bump doesn’t guarantee feature in any public recap video.

✅ 4. Deliverables & Turnaround

• Highlight reels: delivered within 5–7 business days
  • Cinematic packages: delivered in 14–21 business days
  • Story Bumps: delivered within 3–5 days (if added)

  Delays may occur during peak tournament periods or due to technical/operational factors. We always aim to communicate clearly if delays arise.

✅ 5. Editing Notes

• • All edits reflect the best available footage
  • No custom music or revision requests unless stated
  • Cinematic edits may include slow motion, music, overlays, and sound design
  • We do not guarantee specific plays or outcomes are captured unless explicitly booked

✅ 6. Media Usage

• • You are free to repost and share your delivered content
  • You may not resell or redistribute footage without written approval
  • 6Media.tv retains copyright ownership and may use content for promotional or archival purposes

✅ 7. Refunds & Cancellations

• Refunds are only provided if:
  – 6Media.tv fails to film the athlete during active gameplay despite them participating fully, and zero usable clips are captured.

  No refunds will be given for:
  – Injuries before or during the game
  – If the athlete does not get on court (e.g. benched)
  – Change of mind after purchase
  – Add-on upgrades (non-refundable unless undelivered)

  Our “You’ll Be Seen” Guarantee only applies if the athlete plays and is missed entirely by our filming team. If you don’t play, the guarantee does not apply.

✅ 8. Privacy

• We collect basic personal info (name, email, jersey number, etc.) solely for:
  – Tagging and delivery
  – Internal communication
  – Improving your experience

  We never sell or share your data with third parties.

✅ 9. Updates to Terms

• These Terms may be updated without notice.
  Your continued use of our platform or purchase of any Film Pass, Add-On, or Service means you accept the latest version.
